After the site construction is completed the we move onto the area around the house with men and equipment, create a finished grade, remove all stones and rocks from the new lawn. Next we place seed that is covered with straw for protection and moisture control. We have a special treatment used to make sure the new seed gets a quick start and rapidly develops into a lush green lawn. If topsoil is needed we have that too! No need to deal with another contractor here either.
